Who we are
VSDR provides a Virtual SDR platform that runs outbound prospecting on behalf of its customers. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean VSDR. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
Data we collect
Data you give us
- Account details: name, work email, company and team size, submitted through our demo request and contact forms.
- Workspace configuration: your ideal customer profile, offer and messaging preferences.
- Support correspondence you send us.
Data we collect automatically
- Usage and device data such as pages viewed, referring URL, browser and approximate region.
- Security and diagnostic logs, including IP address and timestamps.
Prospect data processed on your behalf
When you run outreach, we process contact and profile information about the prospects you target. For that data you are the controller and VSDR is the processor: we handle it only on your documented instructions and only to deliver the service.
Why we use it
- To provide, operate and improve the platform.
- To respond to demo requests, sales enquiries and support tickets.
- To secure our systems, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
- To send service messages, and marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it with service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver email, process payments and provide analytics, each under contract and only for the purposes above. We may disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your workspace is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution needs. Prospect data is retained according to your workspace settings and is deleted on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected] and we will respond within the period your local law requires.
International transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where we do, we use transfer mechanisms recognised under applicable law to protect it.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
